- Do I need an appointment?

No — walk-ins are always welcome, 8 AM to midnight, every day of the week. Just drop in whenever is convenient and we'll take care of you.
- Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. All repairs come with a warranty. Ask us about the specific terms for your device and repair type when you drop off — we're transparent about what's covered.
- Are you open on weekends and holidays?

Yes — every single day of the year, 8 AM to midnight. That includes weekends, statutory holidays, and long weekends. When everyone else is closed, we're open.
- What areas do you serve?

We're located in Streetsville, Mississauga (115 Queen St S, Unit 2) and serve customers from across Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, and the surrounding areas. Most customers are in and out within an hour.
- Do you charge for diagnostics?

No — diagnostics are always free on every device. We'll assess the issue, give you a clear quote, and only proceed with your approval. No fix means no charge.
- Can you recover data from a damaged phone?

In many cases, yes. We offer free diagnostics on water-damaged and non-booting devices and will give you an honest assessment of what's recoverable. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chances.
